For many of the texts hosted at Al-Islam.org, we DILP (Digital Islamic Library Project) i.e the caretakers of Al-Islam.org, are not the original holders of copyright. However, we do take the permission of the copyright holders before hosting the texts online.
Keeping with this spirit, we welcome you to make any corrections to the texts such as
- Corrections of spelling mistakes
- Mistakes in references that may have been introduced while digitizing the text.
However, any additions made to the “content” of any of the books/articles are something that may not be acceptable to the original copyright holders of the texts, and therefore may not be accepted by our content moderation team.
