L6	قال شهاب الدين احمد في - توضيح الدلايل على ترجيح الفضايل - : وبالاسناد المذكور عن مجاهد رضي الله عنه قال: نزلت هذه الآية ‏أليوم أكملت لكم. بغدير خم فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وبارك وسلم: ألله أكبر على إكمال الدين، وإتمام النعمة، ورضى ‏الرب برسالتي، والولاية لعلي.‏
	In his “ Tawdih al-Dala'il `ala tarjih al-fada'il“, Sayyid Shahab al-Din Ahmad said: “ Mujahid - may Allah be pleased with him - was quoted as saying: “This verse; ‘Today I have perfected your religion’, was sent down on the day of Ghadir Khumm. The Prophet [s] then said: “ Glory be to Allah for the perfection of the religion, the completion of the favor, His satisfaction with my mission and for choosing 'Ali ibn Abi Talib as my successor.”
