Al-Bukhárí quoted [this <adíth] in his Ta'ríkh [al-Kabír], volume 1, part 1, page 375 through the chain: `Ubayd from Yúnus b. Bukayr from Ismá`íl b. al-`Ámirí from Jamíl b. `Ámir [i.e. Jamíl b. `Amárah], Sálim [b. `Abd Alláh b. `Umar] narrated to him:
Heard the one who heard [i.e. Ibn `Umar] from the Prophet [#] saying on the day of Ghadír Khumm: "For whomsoever I am master, `Alí is his master".
[Note: The early part of this isnád is clearly referring to the same individuals as the one quoted by Ibn Abí `Á#im in his Kitáb al-Sunnah (see E39c), although al-Bukhári appears to have preferred not to mention Ibn `Umar by name, thus himself rendering this isnád weak]
