تاج الدين زيد بن الحسن بن زيد الكندي أبواليمن البغدادي المولد و المنشأ المتوفى 613، إنتقل إلى الشام فأقام بها، قال إبن الاثير في ‏الكامل ج 12 ص 130 : كان إماما في النحو واللغة وله الاسناد العالي في الحديث، وكان ذا فنون كثيرة من أنواع العلوم.‏
