سعيد الدين محمد بن مسعود بن محمد بن خواجة مسعود الكازروني المتوفى 758 ، ترجمه إبن حجر في الدرر ج 4 ص 255 وذكر ‏مشايخه ثم قال : كان سعيد الدين محدثا فاضلا سمع الكثير وأجاز له امزي . اه‍ . وهو تلميذ إبن الحمويه مؤلف " فرائد السمطين " ‏المذكور ص 123 والراوي عنه.‏
