شمس الدين محمد بن محمد بن محمد‎ ‎أبوالخير الدمشقي المقري الشافعي المعروف بابن الجزري المتوفى 833، توجد له ترجمة ضافية في ‏الضوء اللامع ج 9 ص 255 - 260 وذكر مشايخه في الفقه واصوله والحديث والمعاني والبيان وقال: أذن له غير واحد بالافتاء ‏والتدريس والاقراء، وعد تصانيفه في شتى العلوم وأثنى عليها وذكر منها أسنى المطالب في مناقب علي بن أبي طالب، وله ترجمة مفصلة ‏في الشقايق النعمانية ج 1 ص 39 - 49، وفي تعاليق الفوائد البهيه ص 140.‏
