فضل الله بن أبي سعيد الحسن الشافعي التوربشتي ( بالمثناة المضمومة )ترجمه السبكي في طبقاته ج 4 ص 146 وقال : رجل محدث فقيه من ‏اهل شيراز شرح مصابيح البغوي شرحا حسنا وروى صحيح البخاري عن عبدالوهاب إبن المغرم ( باسناده )وأظن هذا الشيخ مات في ‏حدود الستين والستمائة ووقعة التتار أوجبت عدم المعرفة بحاله ، ثم ذكر من الفوائد المذكورة في شرح المصابيح له.‏
