ANSWER:

Salaamun 'Alaykum;
 
I would suggest you speak to Br. Aunali Khalfan of Tahrike Tarsile. His
number is 1-718-779-6505. Also try to find out from the world federation
in London. I know of some Japanese who converted last year, I will try to
find out about a japanese Qur'an. 
 
I do remember of hearing Nahj al-balagha in japanese. Speak to Br. Khalfan
if you are not successful then let me know and I will try some more sources.
