Question:

Is it necessary to make "WUDHOO" for prayer after "GHUSAL" (Bath) or 
Ghusal itself is sufficient ?

Ghusls are of two kinds - Wajib (Obligatory) and Mustahabb (Recommended).
"One can offer prayers without performing wudhoo after all Wajib Ghusls
(except the bath for a medium istihaza - for ladies only) as well as after
prescribed Mustahabb Ghusls."
