QUESTION:

Subject- Procession

On the eve of Ashura, when there is a juloos procession, are women allowed
to take part in it?  If not, are they allowed to watch it? 


ANSWER:

There is no harm in watching the procession. She may take part in it if she
observes the rules of Hijab.
