Question:
is it permissible to pronounce the sigheh of muta in a language other than
arabic ie english or french?
Answer:
The sigha of mut'a can be pronounced in any language. But it should convey
the full meaning of the original.
The woman to say:
"I give away myself in Mut'ah to you for a period of ............
and against the agreed mahr of ................"
The man to say:
"I accept you in mut'ah accordingly".
