QUESTIONS:

Quran should not be touched by one without wuzoo & by a non muslim  
So..Can we gift a quran to a non muslim ,the intention is obviously tabligh?


ANSWER:

It is allowed to give a copy of the Holy Qur'an to a non Muslim, provided
that it is intended, or asked for by him or her, for study or Tabligh etc,
and also provided that no desecretion is intended.
