Bismihi ta'ala
It will depend on what the bleeding is. If it is blood is wound blood, then you will not need to perform a ghusl. If the bleeding carries the traits of haydh or istihadhah, then you must follow the law applicable to that.
If you are not sure if the bleeding is from the wound/injury due to the procedure or if it is istihadhah, you consider it istihadhah (according to fatwa of A.U. Seyid al-Sistani).
As for the ghusl, if it is middle or major istihadhah, as you cannot do ghusl, you should perform tayammum.
