Najasa (Impurity)

If my Marja's view is that non-Muslims are impure based on obligatory precaution, but another scholar such as Ayatullah Makarem Shirazi holds the opinion that they are pure, can I follow his view on this matter? I suffer from Waswasa. If I accidentally made something impure and it transfers to my mom's wet hands while she is performing her prayer after Wudu, does it invalidate her prayer? Zaid Alsalami	If an item which has probable cause to transfer impurity, but has not investigated the area due to negligence, and time has passed were the Najasa has dried, should we exercise precaution and purify the surrounding objects?
