Can I start a legitimate business using wealth that I earned through corruption? Will the earning from such a business be allowed?

No. Illegitimately earned money can not be used in any purpose even in good purpose like charity or clean business. Using such money is a sinful act and the income from it will be illegitimate also.

Thank you for your question. The major struggle in the way of Allah is the struggle of self-purification and freeing the self from the commands of the lower self. It is a long journey where the mind finds purity and connection with God. A person can strive with their life force to reach the lofty aims of purification and knowledge, and they can spend their wealth in order to achieve these aims through sponsoring humanitarian projects and helping those in need.

When writing a will for myself, can I leave behind the wealth for whoever I wish? Or are there certain rules about the people who the wealth should be given to after my death?

A portion of your wealth can be allocated to those whom you chose however, there are also inheritance laws pertaining to one’s relatives. One can refer to the various inheritance laws for further details.

Is it true that only poor Muslims will be able to enter Jannah immediately, whereas the rich Muslim will be admitted only after giving accountability for their wealth?

Only being poor does no mean that the person is entitled to Paradise with out accountability. True faith and good deeds are compulsory to enter Paradise. Accountability is on every person as far as he has done, but the financial matters of the rich is more difficult than the poor who did not have much.

Poor believers who live with patience and piousness will get great reward in the Paradise.
