Non Kitabi non Muslims enjoy all services from the Muslim government and pay a tax to the government which is not Jizyah but an amount determined by the Muslim ruler if the government needs, and if the government does not need funds, can enjoy all the services free of charge.

4. Shia rulers in many parts of India never forced any Hindu or Buddhist or any non Muslim to convert to Islam, nor did they harmed them over centuries of their governments in Hyderabad, Bijapur, Awadh etc.

Physical possession is must in selling according to Shariah. Forex Spot and CFD trading do not have possession so it is not a proper selling and buying according to Shariah, but it looks like commitment to buy or sell based on studying the market. Such commitment is permissible despite it is not a sale transaction in Shariah, nor gambling but just commitment to buy or sell under certain conditions after studying the market's movement.

Drinking wife's milk is not permissible according to obligatory precaution. This is according to Shia jurisprudence. Some Wahabi Shaikhs like Ibn Baz claims in his website www,binbaz.org that it is allowed for husband to drink his wife's milk.
