Is it permissible for a husband to stop his wife from going to school or to do a job without any stated reason?

Salaamun Alaikum
A woman needs her husband's consent for going out of the house but she can acquire and ensure these rights that are mentioned in the question as a stipulation or a condition during the contract, so she can ask for the right of studies and working.
Even if she has not and the stubborn husband is not going to let her go out, she can still continue her studies online and even work online because it doesn't need going out.
Why is it okay to pray 3 times a day in some types of Islam whereas in the Hanafi school one has to pray 5 times?

Perhaps you are referring to the practice in the Shia community of combining the Zuhr and Asr prayers and the Maghrib with Isha prayers.

This is considered permitted on account of abundant evidence in the Islamic sources that the Prophet (s) had combined these prayers without any special reason.

Yes it is allowed but it is highly recommended to perform every Prayer in the beginning of its time.

My dad and mom want me to do Zuhr and Asr a few minutes before it becomes Qada every day because of school timings, rather than try and pray in school in an earlier time. What should I do?

You should not delay your obligatory Prayers at all. Those who delay their obligatory Prayers lose great reward and cause themselves sorrow in the Day of Judgement.
