Ghusl does not need water flowing on the body, but needs just making any amount of water reach to every part of the body even by wiping water on all parts of the body. A big scholar in Najaf Ashraf who is Ayatullah Sayyed Muhammad Husain Al-Hakeem said: Ghusl can be performed with one cup of water by putting my hand in the cup of water then wiping over my head, face, neck, right side of body then left side of the body. Making the water touch by wiping to the whole body won't take more than one cup of water.

Ghusl does not need to be done in the shower, but it must be "washing", and water flowing, or to submerge yourself completely under water "ghusl irtimasi". Wiping in front of a sink would not be considered as ghusl, and therefore invalid.

If we touch any impure part of the body with the intention of cleaning during Ghusl, so that the water reaches it, does this invalidate the Ghusl?

Just touching any impure part of the body during performing a Ghusl does not invalidate the Ghusl.

Is it permissible to wipe off the Wudhu or must one keep the water on one's skin to dry off by itself?

It is permissible to wipe off the water of Wudhu, but it is recommended to leave it to dry by itself. The Hadeeth narrated from the Prophet (SAWA) states: Who performs Wudhu and wipes its water will get one reward, and who performs Wudhu and does not wipe it will get thirty rewards. (Thawab Al-A'maal by al-Sadouq, page 32.)

Sorry to hear about your situation. Inshallah it improves soon, by the grace of Allah.

As Shaykh Zoheir said, you can do wudu from a bottle of water. Perhaps you can step out of the car for prayer if it is safe.

If you have a concern about being seen without hijab, just do your best to preserve your modesty as wudhu can essentially be done from under a cloth.

The larger tahara can also be done with a reasonably small amount of water (rather than requiring an actual shower), but for this, modesty is more important of course. I guess you and your husband will have arranged somewhere or some way to wash up.

If you absolutely cannot perform wudhu or ghusl due to modesty reasons, you ca do tayammum.

Thank you for your question. The water that is needed to perform wudu does not have to be connected to a source and so it is fine to perform wudu using water from a bottle or container. Wudu can easily be performed with three handfuls of water. Missing prayers is very harmful to a persons wellbeing in this world and the next and is a great sin.

Hur was in the front of war when he repented and came immediately to Imam Husain (AS). It was a moment of war and there was no time for bringing food or water.

While doing Wudu, I find it difficult to sniff water up into my nostrils as my nose and eyes react badly. So I just rinse my little finger until it is wet and then clean the inside of my nostril with it 3 times. Is that acceptable for my Wudu to be valid?

Sniffing water inside the nose is not obligatory in Wudhu but just recommended. Your Wudhu is valid with out sniffing water inside your nose.

If a surface has oil on it, and in case some drops of Nijasat falls on it, would running the water two to three times over that surface make it pure or will the oil have to be removed first?

If the whole surface is covered by oil which made a layer on it, you need to remove the oil first.

Is there a reason why some people who taste the water from the well at Imam Ali's (AS) house in Kufa find it bitter while others find it sweet?

I have not seen any one who claims that Imam Ali's house water is bitter. Nevertheless, even if some claims that, it does not harm the sacred status of the place. The location of the house is near the river of Furat. Sometimes the water level in the river is high and sometimes it is low or even very low. That can be a possible reason of change in the taste of the water. It is worth mentioning that the house was never owned by Imam Ali (AS) but by his nephew (Jo'dah ibn Hubairah جعدة بن هبيرة)and Imam Ali (AS) was just a temporary tenant in that house.

If one gets a drop of urine on his body, is it sufficient to use a showerhead or water hose to wash the Najis area twice? And is drying off the water required?

Yes, using water of that amount would be sufficient, and there is no need for drying off the water.

It is not necessary for water to reach the skin of the head while Masah. Wiping over the hair if that area of the head is enough.
