Engaging in haram acts does not mean one abandons their devotion to Allah ta'ala and their 'ibadah. 

Indeed, it is even more important to stress on that, for the purpose of hopefully empowering oneself to become more obedient to God and stay away from sin. 

Yes, this man should continue to pray, fast, and perform everything else required by him as a Muslim. If done in the correct way, they will also be valid as well.

If what you mean by deliberately is that you did not have a valid excuse, then you must:

1. Repent to Allah ta'ala, asking for His forgiveness, if you have not done it yet.

2. Pay the kaffarah, of feeding of 60 poor people.

3. Redo those days, as qadha', and you redo only the days you are certain of, which would be the least amount. In this question, it would be 12 days of qadha`.

Allah is The Most Merciful, The Most companionate and The best Forgiver.

When Allah knows your sincere repenting feelings, He will grant His mercy on you.

You need to make up (Qadha) all the missed worships.

You are not allowed to skip fasting any day in the month of Ramadhan unless you are traveling or ill with an illness which is related to fasting.

It is allowed for you to ravel to skip fasting but must keep it as Qadha later on.
