During the revelation of the Verse of Purification, Imam Ali, Lady Fatima, Imam Hassan, and Imam Hussain (as) were present under the sheet with the Prophet (as). What could be the reason for Lady Zainab's absence at that time?

Allah, The Glorious, Knows who should be included in this verse. We have no right to argue at all. We just submit to the orders of Allah (SWT). The great status of Lady Zainab (AS) is confirmed by authentic statements from the Infallible Imams (AS).

Does Allah's statement in Ayat 66 of Surah Al-Anfal "الآن خفف الله عنكم و علم أن فيكم ضعفا" mean that Allah only knew at that moment that they were weak or if Allah had known it since the beginning of time, and what is the reason for this?

The meaning is not what you have written which is a superficial linguistic translation..

'Allah Knows every thing in the pats, present and future. The verse means that : Now, Allah Lightened you burden when it became clear for you that you have weakness.

There are four verses in Quran which make Sajda ( prostration) obligatory immediately after you recit or listen to any of these four verses. These four verses are in Sura Al-Alaq, Suran Al-Najm, Sura Sajda and Sura Fussilat.

‘Sajda must be performed immediately with out any delay.
