Tradition n. 356
قالَ رَسُولُ الله صلی الله عليه و آله و سلم:
ثَلاثٌ اَخافُهُنَّ عَلى اُمَّتي مِن بَعدي: اَلضَّلالَةُ بَع دَ المَعرِفَةِ وَ مَضَلاّتُ الفِتَنِ وَ شَه وَةُ البَط نِ وَ الفَر جِ.
The Holy Prophet (S) said: “After myself, I fear of three things for my Ummah: misguidance after knowledge, misleading temptations, and the lust of the stomach and the privy parts.”

Tradition n. 357
قالَ الإمامُ الصّادِقُ عليه السلام :
ما مِن عِبادَةٍ اَف ضَلُ عِندَ اللهِ مِن عِفَّةِ بَط نٍ وَ فَر جٍ.
Imam al-Baqir (‘a) said: “No worship with Allah is worthier than the purity of one's stomach and privity part (from lust).”

Tradition n. 358
قالَ رَسُولُ الله صلی الله عليه و آله و سلم:
مَن عَرَضَت لَهُ فاحِشَةٌ اَو شَهـوَةٌ فَاج تَنَبَها مِن مَخافَةِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ حَرَّمَ اللّهُ عليه النّارَ وَ آمَنَهُ مِنَ الفَزَعِ الأكبَرِ... .
The Holy Prophet (S) said: “The person for whom lust and vice is readily available but he avoids them for the fear of Allah, Almighty and Glorious, He will bar the Fire for him and ensure him against the Great Fear....”

Tradition n. 359
قالَ رَسُولُ الله صلی الله عليه و آله و سلم:
مَن وُقِيَ شَرَّ قَب قَبِهِ وَ ذَب ذَبِهِ وَ لَق لَقِهِ فَقَد وُقِيَ.
The Holy Prophet (S) said: “He who is guarded against the vices of his stomach, tongue, and privy parts, is surely safeguarded from all sins.”

قالَ الإمامُ اَميرُالمُؤمِنينَ عَلِيٌّ عليه السلام :
اُذكُرُوا انقِطاعَ ال لَّذّاتِ وَ بَقاءَ التَّبِعاتِ.
Imam Amir al-Mu’minin ‘Ali (‘a) said: “Remember, (when committing sin), that pleasures are fleeting while the consequences remain.

قالَ رَسُولُ الله صلی الله عليه و آله و سلم:
مَن قَبَّلَ غُلاماً مِن شَه وَةٍ اَلجَمَهُ اللّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ بِلِجامٍ مِن نارٍ.
The Holy Prophet (S) said: “He who kisses a lad lustily, Allah, Almighty and Glorious, will bridle him with a reign of Fire.”

Tradition n. 362
قالَ الإمامُ الباقِرُ عليه السلام :
أيُّ الاِجتهادِ اَف ضَلُ مِن عِفَّةِ بَط نٍ وَ فَر جٍ.
Imam al-Baqir (‘a) said: “What a struggle is better than for the piety of stomach and privity parts.”
