Fasting

Last night and this morning I was hesitating to perform a Qada fast. When I woke up, I decided to fast. I wasn't fully awake and then I remembered that I am sick and need to take my pills, and so proceeded to break my fast. Is there any action due on me? Sayyed Mohammad Al-Musawi	I am not sure if the ground at my school is Najis and sometimes in PE outside or during break I sit on the ground. Do my clothes or part of my body become impure? Can grown unmarried men or women keep Mustahab fasts without their parents' permission? In the case that their parents don't know and they are told to eat, can they break their fast?
