It is recommended to say Subhanallah one time or more before Dhikr of Rokoo' and Dhikr of Sojood. If you say Subhanallah three times, it will be like saying Dhikr of Rokoo' or Sojood one time. Repeating Dhikr is recommended either three times or five or seven or nine or more odds.

Yes, actually it is mustahabb to do wudu and recite du'a at prayer times.

However you will not technically be in a state of wudu until after the monthly cycle has passed and you have done ghusl, it is just for spiritual/physical cleansing.

However you should not recite the ayat for which sadjah is mandatory and it is said that one should be in a state of purification to recite Du'a al-Mashlool (which you probably aren't reciting before sleeping anyway!).

It is useful to do so to ease ourselves from the responsibilities which we have for others who were been wronged by us. It is mentioned in Hadeeths that if you can not gain the pardon of people whom you have wronged, then pray for them and seek forgiveness for them and gift them the reward of good deeds.

But this is not Radd-e-Mazalim, as Radd-e-Mazalim is an estimated amount paid on behalf of people who have rights on us and the amount must be given to the poor people.

as salam alaikum

tasbih, tahmid, takbir, tahlil and salawat are all powerful tools to get close to Allah. There are many rewards related to them mentioned in the ahadith but the best course is trying to please Allah and leave to Him any decision regarding our fate; then in His remembrance hearts will find rest. The conditions for success are purity of intention, sincerity and constantly turning to Him. All actions depend on intentions, so work to improve your intentions and make your actions to follow. That will be of great value for the Almighty insh'Allah.

With prayers for your success.
