Is it permissible to pray or engage in Dua, Dhikr, and Istighfar while wearing stolen clothes or clothes purchased with stolen money?

It is not permissible to wear or use any stolen cloth in any time and any situation. Wearing stolen cloth is not only a sinful act but also invalidates the Prayer.

How can I overcome the struggle of Waswas and OCD while making Dua, as I sometimes unintentionally say things I don't want to happen or add "Insha Allah" to something undesired?

First step in tackling Waswas and OCD is to know its origin which is Shaitan who wants to harm us in every way. We need to be aware and very careful against Shaitan and Satanic thiuts. We need to repeat Isteghfaar and Salawaat and La Hawla Wala Qowwata Illa Billah. Repeating Laa Ilaha Illallah is also very useful in tackling Satanic thoughts.

Sincere believers seek from Allah (SWT) to Grant them the best for them according to He Knows, not what they think. Supplications Du'a narrated from the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS) are full of these submissions. We admit that we have no knowledge in front of what Allah Knows about us and our future, that is why, we need to  totally submit to His Will and seek from Him to a grant us what He Knows the best for us in this life and hereafter.
