Do I have to disclose my exact income to my future wife prior to getting married according to Islamic teachings?

You have no obligation according to Fiqh standards. The matter of honesty and friendliness and... with your spouse is something else. You have to manage it according to her types of manners and how demanding she would be in future.
Is it permissible for me to maintain a physical distance from my wife while working in the Middle East, but still engage in video calls where we can see each other's body parts, without engaging in masturbation?

Yes, you can do that, as long as she is ok with you being away from her, and try your best to either bring her to where you live, or finish your trip and return back to live together. 

Husband and wife in general should be living together regularly. 

As for seeing each other, etc, that is also permissible, but you correctly said "without masturbation".

Would I be granted a husband in Jannah based on my own level of righteousness, rather than being the spouse of my current husband who is more pious and would likely be in a higher level of paradise?

When both husband and wife are in Paradise, Allah Grants both of them the best to make every one from them as the best for the other. Your husband will be granted with the best that will not even dream, and you will see him as the most wonderful man in the Paradise, same you will be granted the best that your husband will see you as the most wonderful woman in the Paradise.
