According to the teachings of Ahlul Bayt, is it permissible to keep certain types of food or any item in storage for a long period of time, with the intention of waiting for its value to increase before selling it?

Monopoly of food required by people is not allowed in Islam. If the items of food are not required in people daily life and keeping it in storage does not harm general public, then can be permissible but if keeping it is storage harms people in anyway, then it is not allowed at all.

Could you share credible narrations from the lives of Ahl al-Bayt (A) concerning the marriage of a Syeda to a non-Syed, as there is skepticism from some quarters regarding rulings from the Maraji'?

'All our most knowledgeable Ulama (Maraaje' of Taqleed) say that marriage between Sayyeda believer and Nin Sayyed believer is allowed as we don't have in the authentic narrations from the Prophet (SAWA) and his Ahlul Bayt (AS) any evidence against it. They have long list if authentic narrations e.g. in Al-Kaafi , an authentic Hadeeths from Al-Hadhrami from imam Ja'far Al-Sadiq (AS) : The Prophet (SAWA) arranged the marriage between his first cousin sister Dhubaa'ah Bint Al-Zubair ibn Abdul Muttalib and Al-Miqdad ibn al-Aswad. This is a clear evidence that Miqdad ibn al-Aswad who was a Mo'min but non Sayyed was been helped by the Prophet himself (SAWA) to marry a Sayyeda Mo'mina who was the first cousin sister of the Prophet (SAWA).

We also have a Hadeeth in Al-Tahtheeb (number 1581) stating the same marriage between the Prophet;s real cousin sister and Miqdad ibn al-Aswad arranged by the Prophetvhimself (SAWA).

What methods for identifying Sihr or magic have been outlined by the Ahlulbayt AS? Can signs like writing on walls, unexplained bruises, and persistent conflict in the home be considered clear indicators of Sihr?

None of the things mentioned in your question can be concrete evidence of Sihr or black magic etc. Ahlul Bayt (AS)'s teachings to avoid all types of Sihr, black magic and any harm is to recite Ayatul Kursi, Sura Falaq and Sura An Naas along with Sadaqa and Du'a. You then need not to worry about any thing as far as you are protected by these Quranic verses.
