This question is similar to many other fiqhi questions, where one would need to refer to his/her Marja' taqleed.
That being said, according to the view of most of our esteemed jurists, Ahlul Kitab are not najis, and as for temporary marriage with a Kitabiyah woman, most Maraji' also deem it as halal.
If you performed your obligatory prayers with cloth which you thought it Tahir, then discovered later on that it was not Tahir, you do not need to re perform those prayers, but wear Tahir clothes for coming prayers.
Just wash your hands with water, one time if water is connected to tab or big quantity, and two times if water is in small quantity. Obviously, no Najis material should be on your hands.
Being in a state of janabah or hayd doesn't make your hands najis. The only times you would spread najasa is when you touch blood or one of the najis substances with a wet hand or body part and then spread it.
You can touch things with wet hands in either state and nothing would become najis.
Only some ulema state that the sweat of someone who has committed zina is najis.
