Are there any references to DNA in the Hadith or verses of the Quran?

Quran is the Book of guidance for all and not a text book of science. No doubt Quran has key facts of everything in the universe but knowing those key facts is not available to every one. We need to take the meanings of Quranic verses from the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) and his Holy Progeny Ahlul Bayt (AS). There are many Hadith's talking about the genes and how every living creature has its own genes which is collected from the genetic structures of his parents and their forefathers back to many generations.

Are there Shia Hadiths that claim the Quran was altered by the first three caliphs to erase the virtues of Imam Ali? If so, how are they explained by the scholars?

Quranic verses are intact and no one can alter any verse. The enemies of Ahlul Bayt (AS) tried to twist the meanings of many verse to drive it away from its real Tafseer.

Is it considered Haram to wash the arms a third time during Wudhu? Are there any narrations or Hadiths supporting this view?

Yes it is Haraam to wash the arms three times during Wudhu. There are many Hadeeths in this regard which can be seen in Wasaa'il Al-Shia.

Do the Shia accept this Hadith from Bukhari, "‘O ‘Aisha! Had not your people been still close to the pre-Islamic period of ignorance I would have dismantled the Ka’ba and would have made two doors in it; one for entrance and the other for exit.”?

This narration which in Bukhari and Muslim is an evidence that the Prophet (SAWA) was practicing Taqiyya hand he did not remove the situation of Ka'bah which was wrongly done by the people of that time and before them.

'We don't accept any narration from one single narrator, but the content of this narration is mentioned in many of our books of Hadeeth.
