Do I need to perform Ghusl if only a few drops of semen were released from my body, without me feeling it, but I noticed the stain later? Does it break my fast?

Semen does not gush out without your feeling it. Stain can be from other fluid which is not semen. Your fast is valid as far as you did not feel the orgasm of the ejaculation and caused it deliberately.

Is it necessary to observe Qadha fasts for the previously missed ones if Kaffarah has already been paid for them, or is the payment of Kaffarah enough?

Yes, you must still do the qadha' of the fasting days you missed out on, and kaffarah will not substitute that.

If I didn't know masturbation invalidates fasts, and didn't know what Ghusl Janabah was at a young age, must I repeat prayers and fasting? I don't know for sure this happened during Ramadan, as it was a couple years ago. What should I do?

If you did not know that masturbation invalidates the fast and you committed masturbation during the days of the month of Ramadan there is no Kaffara on you but Qadha of the fast of that day. If you did not know that Ghusl of Janabah is compulsory for a valid fasting you need to keep Qadha (Qaza) for every day of fasting which you are sure that you were in the state of janabat. Wassalam.
If I take an oath to do something but later realize it is wrong, is it required for me to observe a 3-day fast as expiation?

If you took an oath to do something which you know that it is wrong or you discovered later that it is wrong, then such oath itself is invalid. You don't need then to feed ten poor persons or clothe them or fast three days as expiation.
