Yes it is permissible but it is better to avoid wearing cloth with animals pictures during Salah.

Human beings have their own ways to express their feelings of grief and sadness as well to express their feelings of happiness. Islam allows different ways of expression of feelings as far as it does not contradict a clear ruling of Islam. No one can express his happiness by dancing, simply because dancing is forbidden in Islam. No one can express his sadness by drinking beer or alcohol, simply because drinking alcohol or beer is forbidden in Islam.

People whom you mentioned in your question are expressing their feelings of grief by their own way which does not contradict with any Islamic clear rule, and does not have bad effect on the image of Islam.

Allah (SWT) grants people the reward according to their intentions. These people are observing and remembering the tragedy of Karbala. May Allah (SWT) grant them reward according to their intentions.

The place of Mas-h مسح in Wudhu must be dry before wiping over it. Your other hand is making it wet before wiping which is wrong.

It is not necessary for water to reach the skin of the head while Masah. Wiping over the hair if that area of the head is enough.

You will not be able to do both wudhu' and ghusl simultaneously and at once. 

So, you can either do wudhu' before ghusl, or after ghusl. 

When you wipe your head during wudhu', you can use four fingers, or three fingers. Both cases are fine.

It is allowed for man to shave his head but it is not allowed for woman to shave her head.

Yes, it is permissible to get a hair transplant, as the hair will become a part of the body, and it will not create a barrier or an obstacle to prevent water from getting to your skin while doing wudhu'/ghusl. 

The problem could be if the hair does not grow, and whether this would become an obstacle in ghusl and wudhu' being valid. For this case you must refer to your Marja' taqleed.

Long hair should not not extend more than the area of wiping. If it goes more than the area of wiping, you will be then not wiping on the area required to be wiped, that is why you need to part and wipe over the area itself and not in another area of the head where the long hair reaches.

Yes, in ghusl, water must reach all parts of the body, but not that you have to scrub it in. Just by allowing water to flow over it would be enough, with some assistance with your hands to make sure its completely reached the parts. 

Ears are also included, like everywhere else. But, of course not the inside of the ear, or the inside of the nose. Just outer parts of the body.
