Repeated doubts in Ghusl or Wudhu or Prayers can be from Shaitan to disturb you. That is why Ahlul Bayt (AS) have ordered those who have repeated doubts to ignore such doubt and go ahead with out giving ant attention to the doubt.

Ignoring the repeated doubt will help you to get rid of it.

If the drops of water did touch the Najis material, then the drops are Najis.

If performing Ghusl is not possible, then Tayammum is obligatory instead of Ghusl. After performing Tayammum when Ghusl is not possible, all the worships like Salaah will be valid.

Is the area under my nails where there is dried blood, called sprinter hemorrhage in medical terms, considered impure especially when it comes into contact with water for Wudhu?

The dried blood under the nail is either not Najis or does not spread Najasah, because it is not on outer part if the body but covered by the nail.

I had a cut on my finger which, before Wudhu, I washed twice. Blood remained on the actual slit of the cut, less than a Dirham, and while performing Wudhu the blood was diluting with the water. Is my Wudhu and Salat valid?

Parts of Wudhu must be Taahir during performing Wudhu. If blood was flowing during performing Wudhu from a place of Wudhu, Wudhu will be then invalid, then Salah will be invalid.

Can I assume the water from the cold water tank connected to the main supply is Kurr (sufficient) for performing Taharat once, if I don't know its size is 384 litres or not?

Usually, the capacity of water tanks now a days is much more than Kurr unless you know that it is a very small tank. If you doubt whether the quantity of the water is Kurr or less, you need then an evidence to deal with it as Kurr.

When washing myself after a bowel movement with Qalil water, how should I purify my hand after each time of touching the Najasah so that the Qalil water I then use to wash myself does not itself get impure?

After removing Najasat, whether by tissue or water , just pour Qalil water on the place two times, then that place as well as your hands are Taahir.

If Kurr water or tab water was running on it, it is then not Najis unless it is the Najis material itself like blood.
