If late wife was not their real biological mother, they have no right to inherit from her. If she was their real biological mother, then they inherit from her.

How should the sisters' inheritance be determined after their father's death if the brothers purchased assets using business profits without giving cash to the sisters? Is it based on the current value of those assets or the original cash amount due?

If the brothers have taken permission from their sisters to use the sisters' share in buying the assets as a loan from the sisters for the brothers, then the sisters will be entitled to their original amount of the money. But if the brothers used the money of their sisters to buy the assets in partnership with brothers, then the sisters will be partners in the current value of the sssets.

I have a question about inheritance distribution. My mother-in-law is a widow with three adult daughters. How will her wealth be divided after her passing, considering she has grandsons and sons-in-law?

Her three living daughters are her inheritors. If she hs a living husband, he will inherit one quarter from her. No grandsons or granddaughters nor son in law is entitled to inherit anything from her unless she makes a will to give whatever she wants to whomever she wants. The will is limited to maximum one third of her wealth.
