Husband is always responsible of the livelihood expenses of his wife unless she does not fulfill her duties as a wife.

No, she does not need to make up what she has already performed when she was a Sunni. All worships performed according to her previous sect does not need to be repeated.

If you are a Muslim female, it isn't permitted to marry a non-Muslim man. Such a marriage wouldn't be valid. You should find a way to not listen to your mother if she is the one trying to force you to marry a non-Muslim.
