ذكر في مقدمة تاريخه ص 138 في بيان النص على الامامة عند الامامية: أنه جلي وخفي فالجلي مثل قوله: من كنت مولاه فعلي مولاه. ثم قال: قالوا: ولم تطرد هذه الولاية إلا في علي ولهذا قال عمر: أصبحت مولى كل مؤمن ومؤمنة، ثم أوعز إلى المناقشة في مفاده.
