نورالدين علي بن محمد بن أحمد الغزي الاصل المكي المالكي المعروف‎ ‎بابن الصباغ المولود 784 والمتوفى 855، يروي عنه السخاوي ‏بالاجازة وترجمه في ضوءه اللامع ج 5 ص 283 وذكر مشايخه في الفقه وغيره ثم قال: له مؤلفات منها الفصول المهمة لمعرفة الائمة وهم: ‏اثنا عشر، والعبر فيمن شفه النظر.‏
