If I arrive at work before Fajr while fasting and can't pray due to a busy morning, can I perform my Fajr Qada prayer later with my Dhuhr and Asr prayers? Will my fast still be valid in that case?

You would definitely have enough time in your busy morning, while being awake, to take a 2 minute break and fast. If your employer does not allow it, remove yoursel from this job.

It is a major sin to deliberately not pray, and all the blessings and positivity will be taken away and drained from you if you were to intentionally not pray and take it lightly.

When does fasting start in Ramadan? Is it at the sound of the Fajr Adhan or at sunrise?

Fasting starts from Fajr and ends on Maghrib.

Is it sinful if I often miss prayers and wake up late, such as around Maghrib or Isha, after staying up for Fajr? When I do wake up, I find it hard to get out of bed quickly and tend to delay my prayers. How can I change this pattern of behaviour?

It is obligatory to perform every obligatory Prayer on its time and ir us sinful to deliberately miss any obligatory Prayer. We must make every possible arrangement to perform our obligatory Prayers on time and never miss any of them.

We need to organize our sleeping time to be able to get up and perform our obligatory Prayers.

We might use an alarm or request some one to wake us up for obligatory Prayers.

Is it permissible to shower late at night, such as before Fajr or Tahajjud prayers? I have heard that bathing at this time can be dangerous due to potential Jinn possession. Is there any truth to this belief?

Yes it is permissible to have a shower or bath at any time including Fajr or before Fajr or after midnight. There is no question of any danger and such claim of danger is baseless.
