If the medicine contains alcohol that is intoxicant, it will be impermissible to consume it, especially the said amount which is significantly high. Having said that, it is also worth to note in the book "al-Kafi" by Shaykh al-Kulayni the following narration on the authority of Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq, peace be upon him: "Every intoxicant is haram. Something that intoxicates only when consumed in large quantities, is also not allowed to be taken even in lesser quantity". You should look at other natural remedies or alternative medicines available on the market insh'Allah.

The alcohol contained in perfumes is synthetic alcohol and is not Najis. Hence Prayers with that perfume are allowed.

If dental products contain alcohol, then they become najis. If you can use it without swallowing it, then it could be permissible to use for its purpose; but if you feel that it is impossible not to swallow some of it, then it is haram for you to use it.

According to the ruling of Ayatullah Seestani, it is permissible to work in a store that sells alcohol provided that the same is sold to non-Muslims.
