You should not travel with a non Mahram man, like your sister’s husband or a family friend.

Your adopted sister is not your real sister, so, you are not allowed to look at her unclothed. Hijab rules apply on you and her .

Emergency has got its own exceptions just like emergency rules to save life of any other female who is non Mahram to you.

She should keep on trying her best to find a suitable spouse avoiding those relatives who try to prevent suitable proposals. No success can be achieved with out the Allah's Help, so we always need to seek His Help and Blessings, with Waseela of His most humble servants; Mohammad and his Holy Progeny.
