Dhuhr

The Zuhr prayer (Arabic: صَلَاة ٱلظُّهْر‎, Ṣalāt aẓ-Ẓuhr; IPA: [sˤa.laːt aðˤ.ðˤuhr], "noon prayer"), also transliterated Dhuhr, Duhr or Thuhr, is the second of the five daily obligatory prayers (salah) for practicing Muslims. It contains four units (rakaʿāt) and begins after the Sun reaches its zenith. On Friday, the Zuhr prayer is replaced or preceded by Friday prayer, which is obligatory for Muslim men who are above the age of puberty and meet certain requirements to pray in congregation either in a mosque or with a group of Muslims.

Reciting Quran in Zuhr and Asr Prayers must be with Ekhfaat which means with low voice which can be heard by you in usual cases. It is like whispering with out clear voice. Just moving the lips with out hearing anything is not enough in Ekhfaat.

Wassalam.

Every Sunnah (Recommended) Prayer is in two Rak'ats and not more. The Sunnah prayer for Zohr is in fact  Rak'ats (2+2+2+2). This is according to the Prophetic Sunnah narrated from Ahlul Bayt (AS), although some Muslim sects pray 4 Rak'ats only according to their own sect.
