I am applying for a flight attendant position at an Airline that requires serving alcohol on board as part of the normal job duties. Are there any scholars that would allow serving the alcohol in this case?

If a husband engages in drinking or adultery, is the wife still required to fulfill her responsibilities, such as cooking and intimacy, or can she refuse him and choose to live separately until he repents?
