Practicing sports and physical exercise which help our body and health is recommended as the Hadeeth states: Surely, your body has right on you إنَّ لِجَسَدِكَ عليكَ حقّاً. Biharul Anwaar V.70, page 128.
Also (Surely, Allah Likes the strong person)إنَّ اللهَ يُحِبُّ الرجلَ القويّ. Biharul Anwaar , V.64, page 184.
Yes. This narration has been narrated in many Sunni books including the well known Sunni book Maqaatil al-Taalibilyyeen by Abul Faraj al-Asfahani, volume 1, page 89.
Tuhaf al-'Uqul: "He who begins his day thinking of something other than God is not one of the people of God. He who does not care for the affairs of the believers is not one of them. He who succumbs to humility is not with us; the Prophet’s family."
وقال صلى الله عليه وآله: من أصبح من أمتي وهمته غير الله فليس من الله. ومن لم يهتم بأمور المؤمنين فليس منهم. ومن أقر بالذل طائعا فليس منا أهل البيت
It means someone who willingly agrees to be humiliated or disgraced, for instance, those who sold themselves out to tyrants such as Yazid in exchange for money or material benefits, even though they knew it was wrong.
Humbleness, in the sense of not being egotistical or arrogant, is a good quality ethically.
However, it is also good to have a balance - it is good to be humble as long as people are respectful, but if they start stepping on you or taking advantage of you, then it is good to assert yourself politely.
Of course, a believer is always humble towards Allah.
The attack on the house of Fatima Zahra (AS) has been admitted by leading Sunni leaders including Abu Bakr himself who openly said when he was about to die that I wish that I did not attack the house of Fatima even if it was a center of war against me. This is narrated by eminent Sunni scholars like:
1. Al-Tabarani in al-Mo'jam al-Kabeer ,
2. al-Dhahabi in Meesan al-E'tidaal,
3. Ibn Qutaiba and quoted by Ibn A'bd Rabbih in his book al-E'qd al-Fareed.
4. al-Mas'oodi in amorous al-Dhahab.
5. Ibn Asaakir in Tareekh Dimishq.
6. al-Haithami in Majma' al-Zawaa'id.
7. al-Soyouti in Musnad Fatimah
8. al-Muttaqi al-Hindi in Kanz al-Ummaal.
Beside this, we have hundreds of Sunni books who narrated about the attack and fire to burn the house or door of Fatimah e.g.
1. Tareekh al-Tabari , V.2, P. 443.
2. Mussannaf Abi Shaibah, V. 8, P. 572.
3. al-E'qd al-Fareed , V.2, P. 73.
4. Ibn Abd al-Barr in al-Estee'aab, V. 1, P. 298.
