If your menstrual period did not start yet, your fast is obligatory on you.

From a shar'i perspective, only penetration and ejaculation would invalidate a fast,  but if they know that even less than this will lead to ejaculation, they must be avoided as well.

In general, while fasting, each side should stay away from these things, and focus on preserving the high quality of their fast, which one aspect of it is supressing lust.

It depends on your financial ability. Daily charity is highly recommended and the more you give, the more you will get reward. Giving from what is dear to you is very important as we read in Quran ( You will not attain the piety until you spend in the way of Allah from what you love. (Sura 3, verse 92).

If you know that your health can be harmed because of fasting, then fasting will not be obligatory on you. If you have already broken your fast because of your health condition or any other reason, you can not re continue fasting that day if your health becomes normal, but you must keep Qadha fast of that day after the month of Ramadan.
