If I come into contact with a deceased person's body, does everything I touch with unwashed hands and any sweat on them become impure?

if you touch the unwashed dead body with the wet hand then your hand becomes Najis so if you touch another thing with that hand while it is wet that thing will become najis too.
But touching the dead body with dry hand doesn't make your hand najis and the only duty is to perform Mayyit touching Ghusl.
Do I need to perform Ghusl if only a few drops of semen were released from my body, without me feeling it, but I noticed the stain later? Does it break my fast?

Semen does not gush out without your feeling it. Stain can be from other fluid which is not semen. Your fast is valid as far as you did not feel the orgasm of the ejaculation and caused it deliberately.

Do I need to perform Ghusl if I touched a dead body indirectly using a towel and a blanket, while my hands were sweating and it's uncertain whether the dead body's sweat got onto the towel or the blanket?

No, you do not need to perform ghusl mass al-mayyit in this aforementioned scenario. It is only when it is skin on body. 

And Allah knows best. 
What should we do if it is winter, there is no access to hot water, and we have obligatory Ghusl and prayer to perform?

If performing Ghusl is not possible, then Tayammum is obligatory instead of Ghusl. After performing Tayammum when Ghusl is not possible, all the worships like Salaah will be valid.
