It depends on the content of the book. If the book does not contain any harmful material, then it is permissible to sell it, but if it does contain any type of harmful material, like immorality, doubts about real Religion, criminal tricks etc, then it will not be permissible to sell it.

It is not allowed to invest in a fund or indent which invests even partly in unlawful business like usury, alcohol, gambling etc.

It is allowed to name your business after any holy name as far as the full respect of the holy name is kept. Sometimes some mistakes in the business can cause disrespect by some unhappy customers. In general, we should always keep the full respect of the holy names and never expose it to business ups and downs.
