Is it allowed to work for a company with clients who deal with Riba?

The main point here is the activities of the company. If the company deals with unlawful activities like usury (RIBA), alcohol, gambling, cheating etc, then it is not permissible to work in such company regardless who are the owners or clients. 
'It is also important that the capital of the company should not be earned through unlawful business.

Is it permissible to work for an industry that have Riba as one of their main source of income?

It is not permissible for Muslim to work in Riba and the income from such unlawful industry is also unlawful.

A commercial lawyer in the West works at a law firm that has clients such as banks that charge Riba and have Haram investments. Would it be permissible to work in that firm if they did not work in any financial practice areas that dealt with those banks?

If you are sure that you will never help in usury or any unlawful (Haraam) work, then you can work in such legal firm.

I buy crypto tokens for investment purpose. Some tokens offer rewards on allocating (staking) your tokens. The staked tokens get used for voting, and the company rewards you with more tokens. Is receiving tokens on the staked tokens considered Riba?

If you mean that the company rewards you with more tokens if you do more business with them or vote for them or bring more customers, then this reward is allowed
for you. This is when the activities of the company is investing in lawful business only.
