Khula خلع is a type of Islamic Talaq which is practiced when the wife does not like to continue with her husband as gives him an amount to make him give her divorce. If the husband does not agree, then there is no Khula unless you go to the Islamic authority (Marje; of Taqleed) and prove to him that there injustice or danger on you from this marriage, which makes the Marje' follow the procedure of enforced Talaq which has many stages.

I advise you to try to reach to agreement between you and your husband and avoid breaking your marriage.

I refer you to the Qur'an 41:31 and 43:71 where we are told that in Jannah we will be given "whatever we desire". This is a generic reply to all queries about Jannah and the rewards waiting there.

In addition, I would also point out that we should not expect the next life to be like this life. Yes, there are similarities between this life and the next, but the next life is essentially different. And so any description in the Qur'an is an allegory, not meant to be the complete picture, but rather an allegory intended to increase our yearning for the reward that God has promised the righteous.

And God knows best.

May He include us in His ultimate Mercy

No. Such divorce is invalid and has no value at all.

Divorce has strict conditions including two pious men to witness the declaration of the divorce. No divorce can be for a future date at all.

It is not obligatory on daughters-in-law to serve their husband's family, but it is good to do things which help your husband to be a good son for his parents as much as can. Kindness is always good but Islam does allows insulting or hurting others under any circumstances. Be kind as much as you can and remember the reward of kindness as well as the results in this life as every daughter-in-law will be a mother-in-law in the future.

Wassalam.
