What should I do about my grown unmarried brother-in-law entering my bedroom without permission and sleeping there when I’m not home, instead of using the guest room? My husband believes it is Wajib for us to accommodate him, but I find this unacceptable.

This is definitely inappropriate, and something should have been done from the very first time.You are right, it is unacceptable, and very wrong. Your husband must stop him, and if he does not, then you must stop him, or involve your family or elders to stop this, or move out with your husband to a place where you have your privacy.

I married a man 10 years ago. After 6 years, he pronounced divorce thrice in one sitting. During the Iddah, we had no Ruju. Two years later, I did Nikah with another man, but there was no consummation. Is it permissible to remarry my first husband?

I am not sure what madhhab you and your husband are, as there are different laws in the Shi'i madhhab regarding divorce.

Who holds the right to gifts like gold, clothes, blankets, watches, and furniture given to a widow by her deceased husband, as well as the pension of a deceased person: the widow or her in-laws?

If the items belong to the widow, then she has the right, but if the items belong to her deceased husband then she has the right on her share from what her husband left. It is one forth if the deceased did not have children, or one eighth if he has children.
