Is it permissible to blink during Takbeeratul Ihram?

There is no problem in doing so. 

And Allah ta'ala knows best.
When I stand still, my body is always in slight motion. Can I do Takbir al-Ihram while my body is in such a slight motion or must I keep repeating it until I am confident my body was perfectly still?

It is compulsory to keep the whole body still during reciting Takbeeratul Ehraam and every obligatory recitation. Any slight motion harms your prayer.

Is it permissible and recommended to say "Audhubillah" after Takbir but before Bismillah at the beginning of the prayer? If so, should it be said in a whispering voice?

Yes it is recommended to say أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم after Takbiratul Ihraam before starting the Sura of Al-Hamd, with whispering voice.

How many Takbirs are obligatory in the prayer? Is it required to lift our hands up to the ears at every Takbir, like at the opening of the prayer? And is it recommended to lift the hands at the sitting position between the prostrations when we say Takbir?

One Takbeer is obligatory which is Takbiratul Ehraam تكبيرة الإحرام which is the start of every Prayer (Salat). Other Takbeer are recommended and not obligatory at all. It is recommended to say Allahu Akbar before and after every Rokoo' and Sojood . It is recommended to raise both hands near the ear or near the neck.
