Thank you for your question. Beer is impure and so is forbidden to consume in any amount. So if the fish is covered in batter where one of the ingredients is beer any part that the beer may have touched would be unlawful to eat.

Money earned from sinful act is illegitimate. Any work which has any relation with alcohol or pork or gambling or any other unlawful act is unlawful.

It is permissible to work as a dish-washer in a restaurant that could server alcohol, but regarding washing the utensils/cups that are used for alcohol, if doing such a thing is a preliminary for the serving/drinking of alcohol, then such a job would be haram. The income earned for such a thing would also be haram.

As it contains alcohol, it is not permissible at all to give it to any human being to consume it.

Is it permissible to apply 'Minoxidil' on scalp or face to get proper scalp or beard hair, given that it contains synthetic alcohol though it is not being consumed?

Applying any material on the skin or scalp is allowed even if it is Najis material as far as you clean the area before performing Wudhu or Salaah. Synthetic alcohol is not Najis according to many Maraaje'. Some scholars say that any intoxicant alcohol is Najis. Nevertheless, whether it is Najis or not Najis, it is allowed to apply it on the body or scalp.

Inheritance . Alcohol

Is it permissible for one to accept inheritance from a deceased knowing that it came from income selling alcohol?

If you are sure that the whole amount of inheritance is unlawful then you are not allowed to utilize any amount of it, but give it to poor in charity through the Marja of Taqleed.

If you know that part of the amount is unlawful, then you are allowed to utilize the portion which is from allowed income.

It prohibited to sell alcohol or to promote the selling and consumption of alcohol, or anything else that is haram.

Further to that, if one thinks of one's mission in life as including 'amr b'il-ma'ruf wa nahy 'an al-munkar, then one should actively prevent the advertising and promotion of anything that is harmful.

A Muslim should avoid the aforementioned type of business as it violates the following Qur'anic principles:

1) The duty of enjoying good.

2) The duty of forbidding evil.

3) The prohibition of spreading corruption on earth.

It may be argued that non-Muslims do not hold the same values of Muslims and therefore there would be no harm in allowing them to keep their businesses. However the Qur'an also commands Muslims to invite others to do good by saying "Let there arise out of you a community inviting to good..." (3:104). This in addition to the fact that some Muslims may be influenced to partake such kind of business. It follows that it is not in the best interest of Muslims to permit haram transactions under their allowance and supervision and it should be avoided.

If the medicine contains alcohol that is intoxicant, it will be impermissible to consume it, especially the said amount which is significantly high. Having said that, it is also worth to note in the book "al-Kafi" by Shaykh al-Kulayni the following narration on the authority of Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq, peace be upon him: "Every intoxicant is haram. Something that intoxicates only when consumed in large quantities, is also not allowed to be taken even in lesser quantity". You should look at other natural remedies or alternative medicines available on the market insh'Allah.

The alcohol contained in perfumes is synthetic alcohol and is not Najis. Hence Prayers with that perfume are allowed.

If dental products contain alcohol, then they become najis. If you can use it without swallowing it, then it could be permissible to use for its purpose; but if you feel that it is impossible not to swallow some of it, then it is haram for you to use it.
