Shaykh Mohammed Ali Ismail is a law graduate from Peterborough who has studied at the Hawza in Qum. He has also completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Education at the University of Portsmouth, after which he moved to Damascus, Syria, where he trained future Ministers of Religion at the Islamic Institute for Post Graduate Studies. He is currently Director of Research and Publications and a lecturer and editor at The Islamic College in London.
